How to tie your running shoe laces!!
Make your own, cheaper energy drinks!
Here are 90 seconds of exercises (10 push ups,10 squat jumps,10 knee hugs,10 burpees,10 jump lunges).  You can do them anywhere and you don´t need equipment. Rest for 30 secs then repeat 5 times. 10 minutes and you're finished!!
