Here are 90 seconds of exercises (10 push ups,10 squat jumps,10 knee hugs,10 burpees,10 jump lunges). You can do them anywhere and you don´t need equipment. Rest for 30 secs then repeat 5 times. 10 minutes and you're finished!!
